Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2015

Strong color, caramel-like wood and barely mature Merlot spice, a hint of ethereal, but also green bean. Quite crumbly on the palate, mild but not flat tannins, rather tight acid support, but all in all balanced, a good compromise between substance and accessibility.
