Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling, brightening ruby red. Smells of sour cherry, cranberries, candle wax, subtle hints of precious wood and ink on the nose. Beautiful juiciness and supple fruit on the palate, pleasantly expands in the mouth, with fine peppery tones and good length.
