Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow, sparkling. Initially slightly buttery tones on the nose, precious wood, some cold smoke, then ripe yellow peach, ripe pineapple and dried mango pieces. On the palate with a noticeable use of wood, starts powerful, then milder and more balanced in the middle, on ripe tropical fruits, somewhat bitter in the finish due to the use of wood.
