The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Villa Girardi has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Molinara, Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Shiny, rich ruby with a pronounced garnet rim. Intense nose with lots of pickled cherry and blackberry, plus some wax. Substantial and dense on the approach, shows ripe fruit, not very clear in the back course, a little alcoholic.
