Tasting Notes
Initially reductive and slightly lactic. Needs a lot of air and then becomes floral: violet pastille, lime blossom, peach stone. Silky, mild palate structure, ripe acidity, seamlessly round and self-contained, the sweetness is finely integrated. Decanter!
