The prosecco Biodiversity Friend Brut Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG from the winery Villa Sandi has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
A brilliant silver colour with straw-yellow hues. A fragrant, crisp nose, notes of pineapple, lychee and candied lemon, with a floral touch. A beautiful fruity sweetness on the palate, a well-integrated mousse, balanced, with a subtly bitter undertone, drinking well.
More about the tastingBrilliant, bright silver. Delicate nose of ripe pears, white peach, light acacia blossom, reverberating apple. On the palate crisp with a slight texture, shows nice display, mineral drink with a slightly salty echo, exciting finish.
