The sparkling wine Biodiversity Friend Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut from the winery Villa Sandi has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with fine bubbles. On the appealing nose, there are notes of candied lemon, cold smoke, some sea salt and fresh meadow herbs. Balanced, very fine mousse on the palate, reminiscent of elderberry cordial, very solid, round and harmonious.
