The sparkling wine Opere Serenissima Spumante Brut Metodo Tradizionale Trevigiane DOC from the winery Villa Sandi has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Veneto in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with a brilliant core. Fragrant and open nose, of baby banana, white peach, white flowers, and delicate meadow herbs, also some vanilla, quince and white chocolate, very complex. Fresh and fruity on the palate, unfolding elegantly with delicate texture, very nicely matched, harmonious, long finish.
