The white wine Gavi di Gavi DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Villa Sparina has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cortese from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear, shimmering straw yellow with a silver touch. Very subtle bouquet of freshly cut yellow apple, some ripe quince and acacia blossom. Soft on the palate, more open in the fruit, medium-bodied, juicy but somewhat bitter on the finish.
