Brilliant dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Fragrant on the nose, blood orange, pomegranate, even some cassis, with fine earthy notes, inviting. Good acidity on the palate, but unfortunately also vegetal tannin that dries strongly.
More about the tastingShimmering ruby red with a dark core. Deep and inviting on the nose, with Amarena cherry, black pepper and grilled bell peppers, and a hint of tar underneath. Hearty and inviting on the palate, with tightly woven tannins and a somewhat coarse aftertaste.
