Close to the ocean on schist, this is selected from the oldest vines and special parcels. The nose opens with pea shoot and asparagus aromas and the palate then is one of citric, luminous purity. Like a bright ocean breeze, laced with citrus. Very bright, very brisk, beautiful and fresh.
