Grown five kilometres from the Pacific Coast, this shows an initial touch of green asparagus tips on the nose leads onto a lime-laced, zesty palate of exquisite freshness. This is bracing and brisk and oh so fresh, yet beautifully balanced. The finish is lip-smacking and brims with lemon.
