From 9-year-old vines planted on volcanic soils, this is a tender, bright, scented Sauvignon Blanc. The notions of lime and pea shoot are tender and laced with lime and lemon. The palate is concentrated and has lovely lime zest. It brings much lemony depth and has inherent, refreshing coolness. The finish is really long.
