Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Reductive for a moment, but then rolling on with a strong blueberry line, blackberry confit, elderberry pulp, cassis, and forest honey. Soft silky tannins with a long lasting plateau phase and even some lift into a tighter gripping finish. An underlying acidic nerve offers freshness and keeps the tension, and the appetizing fruit remains this side of kitsch. Overall it has a stylishly presented opulence.
