Intense notes of yellow fruit on the nose, mirabelle plum and baked apple. This is joined by a light honey note and the scent of white flowers. Substantial, full-bodied palate with very well-integrated, ripe acidity, almost chalky texture and fresh citrus notes in the finish.

Pineapple on the nose, along with mirabelle plums and pears and some caramel. Also roasted peanuts and sweet popcorn. Fresh acidity on the palate, full-bodied, a hint of anise spice, vanilla and dried apricot, ends long with notes of confit lemons.
