Tasting from 31.05.2022: Dominik Vomach, Benjamin Herzog

Concentrated dark fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of rum-steeped fruit, dried fig and plum as well as black and sour cherry. In addition, a cool spiciness, some liquorice and black pepper. Surprisingly elegant on the palate with fine tannins and fruity, spicy notes. Long, herbal and spicy finish with a hint of coconut.
