Tasting from 31.05.2022: Dominik Vomach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense, multi-layered nose. Notes of ripe plum and sour cherry. Old wood spice and hints of tobacco, dark chocolate and herbal-spicy nuances. Full-bodied and soft on the palate but in no way fat or exuberant. Very fine, ripe tannins. Extremely long finish with notes of cherries and herbs.
