The red wine 75 Vendemmie Salento Rosso IGP, vintage 2021 from the winery Vinicola Palamà has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Negroamaro from the region Puglia in Italy.
Dark, shiny ruby-garnet colour. Multi-layered on the nose, initially fleshy notes, also iodine, then liquorice, pickled plums and thyme. On the palate, sweet fruit alternates with tight-knit tannins, amazing depth right through to the lingering finish.
