Pale yellow-green, opaque. Yellow apple fruit underpinned with hints of candied orange zest, floral, and with fine honeyed nougat touches: an inviting bouquet. The palate is taut and elegant with white stone fruit. It has a fine structure and is mineral and fresh with lemony nuances. The wine is long lasting and makes a versatile companion at the table.
