Light golden yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, some nougat, fresh meadow herbs and dried pear, underlaid with yellow tropical fruit. The palate is taut with a creamy texture, discreet acidity, white stone fruit, and notes of pear on the mineral finish. A finely spiced food wine.
