Deep cherry red, delicate ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Good fine oak nuance, some nougat and ripe cherry aromas, and a subtle vanilla note. Silky on the palate, fine texture, red wild berry, pleasant spiciness and minerality, it lingers, and has pleasant fruit on the finish. It is a versatile wine and endowed with typical characteristics of the island.
