Tasting Notes
Dark crimson, ochre reflections, lighter rim. Nice ripe berry fruit aroma, cherry, delicate herbal nuances, and candied orange zest. Juicy on the palate, fruity and elegant, very fine tannins, pleasant acidity, mineral and persistent, a delicate flavour of blackberry on the finish, and it has a very good length. A Mallorcan classic!
More about the tastingDelicate wood patina, ripe tones of iron and cranberry compote, herbal tones on contact with air. Soft attack, mellow tannins with a relatively large grain, subtle (but supportive) acidity. An unforced, extracted wine, broad, but well focussed and free of effects. Only at the very beginning of its development, can grow-up for two decades.
