The shy nose takes some air to unfold before revealing subtle hints of ripe pear flesh. The palate comes in with a sunny, friendly, smooth fruitiness, think ripe pear, yellow plum and lemon - backed with freshness and made smooth by ripeness. Lovely, concentrated and harmonious.
