The white wine »Reserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Wein- & Sektgut Nikolaushof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Notes of savouriness, melon, pear and also pumpkin with yellow flowers, yellow flowers, caramelised nuts, pear ragout. Not a "reserve" that suffers from too much opulence, it likes to alternate between freshness, spiciness, a little minerality and fruitiness.
