The white wine »Edition« Rieslign trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Wein- & Sektgut Nikolaushof has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Floral notes and fresh herbs on the nose, also fresh hay, apple and yellow stone fruit, mirabelle plums, nectarines and pear. Full-bodied on the palate with a slender, compact structure, a delicate and balanced acidity, a refined fruit sweetness, smooth and savoury, with beautiful varietal aromas.
