Straw yellow in colour, with light copper reflections. The aroma shows a little yeast and a pronounced honey note, as well as ripe fruit aromas such as yellow plum, Mirabelle and stewed apple. The palate reveals a wine in the Sekt tradition - full and aromatic with clear late harvest power, a rather mild mousse, and a smooth background that brings a never over-accentuated sweetness.
