The "Alois K" cuvée has a floral scent of cassis and lavender. The bouquet of aromas is complemented by fresh mint notes and an earthy beet scent. I would describe the tannin as stony and the fresh acidity rounds off the wine. This is definitely a terroir wine worth tasting.
