Clear notes of petrol, caramelised pineapple, dried apricot and acacia honey on the nose. Ripe mango, cashew nuts and peanut shell finalise the aroma. Melting phenolics on the palate, powerful, ripe and warm. Juicy acidity. Refined with fine minerality.
More about the tastingRound on the nose with spiciness, stone and some peppery notes allied to green and red apple. The palate shows a fine extract sweetness and a herbal meadow scent mingling with the juicy fruit. The straight, salty acidity structure provides a backbone and plenty of grip and tension.
