The sekt »Tradition« Blanc de Blanc extra brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Bamberger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
The bouquet of this sparkling wine is first of all burgundy berryish, with some hay and yeast. On the palate a slender appearance with a dynamic mousse is refreshing, the acidity has depth, the emphatically dry tuning gives the wine an easy-drinking appeal.
