Blackberry and mulberry in the intense nose, balsamic spice, fresh beetroot and ground ginger, smoke. Dry, spicy and powerful on the palate, notes of tobacco, ripe tannin, the acidity is there and stays, elderberry, tart freshness, ideal with braised meat.
