Toasted notes on the nose, fleshy peaches, juicy apricots, lemon butter, aromatic herbs, fennel, sage, oak, subtle anise notes. On the palate, lovely texture, juicy, balanced acidity, mineral-spicy notes, pithy tannins, salty until the finish, long lasting.
