Sour cherry, allspice pepper, rooibos tea and black pepper combine to create a fresh interplay of aromas on the nose. The acidity of this cuvée of Pinot Noir, Regent and Blau Portugieser plays around the fine tannin structure and makes it refreshingly juicy. A beautiful composition.
