Emphatically floral, almost a little perfumed Riesling fragrance, lavender, herbs de Provence. Also terpene-spicy on the palate, mild acidity and almost no sweetness. Fresh, medium-fine mousse. An original sparkling wine, hearty, with the flavor of an extra brut, but with extract.
