Light salmon pink colour, orange gold reflections, delicate mousse. Subtle notes of oranges, a hint of strawberry confit and a little cherry, some blossom honey. Medium body, yellow fruits, sweet core, ripe peach in the aftertaste, mineral, a touch of honey on the finish.
