Bright coppery gold in colour with silver reflections, and a persistent, fine mousse. On the nose, delicate aromas of red berry confit, a hint of peanut, and subtle herbal spice. The palate is spicy, with significant residual sweetness, and a finish of honey and ripe tropical fruit, a unique style.
