The white wine »Weinart« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weinbau Hofmann has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Honey notes in the lush fragrance, apricot and ripe pear, also some pineapple and mango, herbs. On the palate, with a texture and savoury attack, ripe and crystalline acidity, full-bodied and yet with a clearly defined contour, ending on notes of ripe pear.
