Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

This has a ruby colour, with purple reflections. On the nose there are notes of ripe fruit, dried plum, dark berry, fine dark toasty aromas, some tobacco, and a gingerbread savouriness. It is broad and full-bodied on the palate, with soft ripe and balanced acidity, noticeable medium-fine tannins, and a medium length.
