Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Elegant bouquet with notes of raspberry confit, dried cherry and dark forest berries. Well integrated oak aromas with notes of milk chocolate and Christmas spices. Beautiful fullness on the palate, ripe acidity and berry fruit. Melting, long finish, subtle tannin.
