Tasting from 09.09.2014

Still smells a little yeasty, but also shows notes of damp stone and sparkle. Slightly tangy attack, rich and supple mid-palate, dry and with plenty of drive and juiciness. Ripe, supporting acidity. Very homogeneous on the palate, good length with a spicy and mineral finish.
