On then nose, yeasty aromas, white flowers, clover and flint, a fragrant, floral Pinot Blanc. On the palate, the wine is initially textural with ripe, pronounced acidity that supports the rather robust structure and accompanied by yeast notes, leads onto a compact, powerful finish.
