Light golden yellow in colour. Lemon zest, butter, elderflower and nutmeg on the nose. The palate is defined by a fine, somewhat effervescent mousse and a profile that's clearly sweet but with beautiful, juicy acidity and floral and berry notes on the medium-long finish.
