Medium-bodied red; typical Merlot bouquet, peppery, notes of blue berries, tobacco, a hint of ivy; strong attack on the palate, rather lean, present acidity, slightly stalky tannin; fresh, medium-long finish. A successful Merlot that can certainly compete with a mid-range Ticino.
