On the nose, initially floral with hibiscus blossom and peony, then dark fruit, cherry and blackberry, some smoke and black pepper. A well-built, elegant Pinot Noir with ripe cherry fruit, finely spiced with delicate acidity and ripe tannins, a hint of astringency, and mineral undertones.
