Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.01.2004

Medium amber, reddish shimmer, watery rim, vegetal note, dried fruit, delicate volatile acidity, dried apricots, a pumpernickel note typical of Ausbruch on the palate, appears fresh, rather medium-bodied, nougat in the finish. Already appears very mature.
