The white wine Riesling *** trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weinfactum has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Lemon balm, yellow plum, mint and then also spicier aromas of caraway and cardamom. Strictly built on the palate, with a pithy structure and crunchy extract. A Riesling for the medium or long haul. Still closed at the moment, but with good substance.
