Fresh herbs on the nose, spices, notes of a spontaneous fermentation, some malt, blood orange, smoke, warm stone, peach, rosehips. Compactly built, with a mineral-based tension on the palate, dense, a tightly woven extract, dry, with pixelated phenolics.
