It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Aromas of spontaneous fermentation on the nose, herbs, apple skin, ripe and dried apricot, some cold charcoal. On the palate there is juicy sweet yellow fruit, apricot again and a soft, almost viscous mouthfeel, plus spice and a cultivated acidity.
