Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

It has aromas of wild berry and cherry on a powerful nose, as well as a slightly lactic note. On the palate there is a vivid acidity, and it is juicy (again with notes of wild berries) and mellow, and rounding off with noticeable residual sweetness and fine tannins. It is a beautiful aperitif.
