The sekt »Aldinger« brut nature, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 95+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Subtle roasted notes hint at wood and yeast, Pinot berries, brioche, a hint of grated apple. The palate is opened by a striking acidity, the mousse is powerful but remains silky and fine. The finish shows how young this wine still is with its compact texture.
