It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Subtle roasted notes hint at wood and yeast, followed by Pinot berries, brioche and a hint of grated apple. The palate is opened by a striking acidity, the mousse is powerful but remains silky and fine. The finish shows just how young this wine still is with its compact texture.
